Birthday Dinner for 10

Here's the menu from a recent dinner for a regular client at Martis Camp in Truckee, CA near Lake Tahoe.

Low key, fun and yummy food was enjoyed by all!

Buffet Dinner for 10 February 2017


•tomato boccacini skewers, basil balsamic drizzle •polenta crostini, mushroom duxelles, asiago, rosemary • vegetable platter, homemade caramelized onion Maytag blue

cheese, roast carrot hummus, baba ganouj, warm pita triangles(optional)


• angel hair, fresh tomato crudo sauce, basil • italian style mini turkey meatballs in tomato basil •chicken piccata •classic Caesar salad •homemade Naan flatbread pizzas: tomato/basil, spinach/



• Chocolate birthday cake, triple chocolate buttercream frosting, vanilla bean ice cream • fresh fruit platter(berry bowl, sliced pineapple, melon, mint)
